Valecia Suser joins the UIP team as Vice President of Property Management. An experienced leader in real estate portfolio management, she brings over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight. To this role, Valecia brings executive-level expertise in new construction, lease-ups, acquisitions, renovations, repositions, and financially and physically stressed assets. Her marketplace knowledge spans the Mid-Atlantic, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida and Louisiana. Prior to joining UIP, Valecia held the role of Vice President at Bonaventure where she was responsible for 7,000 units throughout Virginia.
Valecia is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Florida State University. Her commitment to the multi-family housing industry extends beyond professional endeavors, as she has actively contributed to the field by serving on Property Management Advisory Boards at esteemed institutions such as Virginia Tech, Ball State, and the University of Georgia.
