DC is the eighth-best city in the US for trick-or-treating, according to Zillow. The site says its economists ranked the best neighborhoods for trick-or-treaters to score the most candy with the least walking by weighing the “Zillow Home Value Index, single-family home density, and the share of the population under 10 years old.” Sadly, no data was provided on how many houses intend to hand out raisins, so you can plan on skipping them and save even more time for scoring real treats.
