About Metro’s Fare Increases
WMATA has increased the fares for Metrorail, Metrobus, and parking. “Parking rates are increasing by $.10 at every Metro parking lot/garage, except for ones in Prince George’s County (excluding Landover, Addison Road, and Prince George’s Plaza stations), where they’ll increase by $.50.”
