Matchbox Food Group Alums to Launch New Truck
Former Matchbox Food Group executive chef Jacob Hunter and former Ted’s Bulletin Barracks Row manager Will Fung have teamed up to launch a Southern-influenced sandwich truck called Dirty South Deli. The menu will rotate between four to five sandwiches at a time, each named after things that are popular in the South.
