
Terri Marks joined UIP in February 2021, bringing with her 20 years of experience in property management. She has a diverse background, having managed high-rise, garden-style, and commercial properties, with a particular expertise in Lease-Up assets. Additionally, Terri has been involved in one of the first property management shared service programs in the United States.
Her experience spans across multifamily asset management in multiple states, including Florida, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Washington, Rhode Island, New York, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia.
Terri was promoted to Regional Manager at UIP in 2021 and further advanced to Regional Director in April 2023. Outside of her professional life, Terri enjoys being an active part of her children’s lives as a dance and travel basketball mom.

Jayme Tehan is a highly accomplished real estate executive with over 15 years of experience leading complex portfolios across commercial, industrial, retail, and residential asset classes. As Regional Director at Urban Investment Partners (UIP), Jayme oversees the strategic performance and operations of a multifaceted portfolio throughout DC, bringing deep expertise in acquisitions, development, lease structuring, and capital project execution.
Prior to joining UIP, Jayme held senior leadership roles at Realty One Group, ARC Realty, Rappaport, and CBRE—where she managed more than 8 million square feet of assets, directed multi-million-dollar redevelopment projects, and led the transformation of underperforming Class C properties into high-performing Class A & B assets. Her approach combines hands-on operational oversight with a keen ability to drive NOI growth through tenant retention strategies, cost optimization, and detailed financial management.

Alia Keys, Commercial Property Manager, joined UIP with over a decade of experience in commercial property management. She oversees the management of multiple commercial properties throughout the DC, MD, and VA markets. With a substantive knowledge of the industry and markets, she builds and maintains lasting relationship with tenants, brokers, and investors, while focusing on the day-to-day management of properties. She excels at tenant relations, preparing financial reports and budgeting, lease and property administration, legal compliance, and development and operational oversight.
