We do not add tenants to existing leases. We can remove someone from a lease. As mentioned above, the remaining roommate/lease holder must qualify to rent the apartment on their own. Once they do this, they may add someone as a Registered Occupant (to secure a key fob) but they would not be a lease holder and they would not be added to the lease.
