Michelle joins the UIP team with over 16 years of experience in student housing and multi-family property management.  She began as a leasing consultant in her freshmen year of college and from that day forward she forged a path of promotions to regional manager and director roles.

During her career Michelle has run very diverse portfolios of communities ranging from new developments, communities going through heavy value add, one of the University of Southern California’s largest single student housing transaction, at the time of housing 1656 students, and navigated and thrived in one of the most saturated student housing markets in Phoenix, AZ.  Michelle was part of Peak Campus’ Diamond Club 3 years in a row, implemented a community partnership that brought over 130 leases to one community – a partnership that she is proud is still is in place 6 years later. Her experience also includes having worked with leading multi-family companies including Greystar & Alliance Residential.

Michelle has the passion and tenacity to continue to grow UIP’s portfolio while sustaining high occupancy and consistent revenue growth.
